Q: How long will it take to see a provider?

A: Our goal is to provide prompt medical care, but wait times can vary depending on the day and time of your appointment. Generally, we strive to minimize waiting times and ensure you are seen by a healthcare provider as soon as possible.

Q: What if I need to cancel my appointment?

A: We acknowledge that patients may occasionally need to reschedule an appointment. Please understand we are reserving that time for you to see the provider. If it is necessary to cancel the appointment, patients are required to call or leave a message at least TWO hours before their appointment time.
 

"No Show" is defined as failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment. A10-minute grace period is provided for appointments with the exception of annual physicals. If the patient does not cancel within two hours or "no-show" their appointment, they will be assessed a $20.00 fee.

Q: What documents or information do I need to bring with me for my appointment?

A: Please bring your photo ID, insurance card, any relevant medical records, a list of current medications, and a completed health history form. This information will help our healthcare providers better understand your medical background.

Q: Do I need to fast before any tests or procedures?

A: Fasting requirements can vary based on the specific test or procedure you are scheduled for. Our staff will provide you with detailed instructions before your appointment.

Q: What is the cost of the visit and what insurance options do you accept?

A: The cost of the visit may vary depending on your insurance. We will verify this information prior to or at the time of your visit to give you the most accurate information possible. A list of insurances we accept in on the homepage.
